2. Member Accounts

2.1 Sign up and Subscription
To be able to access the full range of resources you will be required firstly to sign up to become a member of the site, and secondly to subscribe. The sign-up process will require you to provide valid and correct information for the following:

School / College

The information you provide must be true, accurate, current and complete. If the original information provided upon initial sign-up changes after this time, it is your obligation to update and correct it. If any information provided by you is not true, accurate, current or complete, Study the easy way maintains the right to terminate your membership and refuse any current or future access or use of this site.

You must exercise maximum caution to keep your username and password confidential and log-off from the website when your session is complete to prevent unauthorised access to your information. If your username or password is subject to unauthorised access, you should immediately inform Study the easy way.

You must keep your password used to access the website resources secure and confidential, and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password.

2.2 Cancelling your subscription

You may end your subscription at any time. This can be done by using the “cancel subscription” link on the “My subscriptions” part of your member area. A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation must be given before the end of the membership month, to ensure that the following month’s payment is not taken.

Cancelling your subscription will terminate your subscription at the end of the current membership month, and from this time your access to resources will be stopped and no further payments will be taken.

There are no fees charged for cancelling your membership.

2.3 Termination

Study the easy way may terminate or suspend with immediate effect and without notice your access to and use of this website and your membership if we:

Do not receive payment; or

Believe you have shared your account with another student or person. Study the easy way is able to monitor your usage of the service including your IP address and any video activity, and will use this information to draw a conclusion as to whether you have shared your account; or

Reasonably believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions; or

Are unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you; or

Suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you.

Furthermore, Study the easy way may come to a conclusion which will result in termination even if it is based upon our opinion or mere suspicion or belief, without any duty to prove that our opinion or suspicion is well-founded and even if our opinion or suspicion is proven not to be well-founded.

Any users terminated in this way must not attempt to use the website under any other name or by using the access credentials of another user, with or without the permission of that user.

Termination of your subscription will be effective immediately. From this time your access to resources will be stopped and no further payments will be taken. No refunds will be given in the event of membership termination.

2.4 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchased subscriptions under any circumstances. We provide several free videos before you purchase a subscription as well as a comprehensive list of all the content which is covered in order to help inform your decision to purchase or not.

3. Age Restrictions

The resources provided are intended for students of A-Level Accounting. If you are under 15, please do not use any of the services provided on the site by Study the easy way. Also, please do not attempt to register for membership or send any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If in the event we unknowingly gather information from a child under the age of 15, we will delete that information immediately.

4. Dealing with Third Parties

In no way do the exam boards mentioned on this site engage in quality control, manage or check any of the accurateness of any of the content available. As previously mentioned in Clause 2.2, reliance on any information appearing on the Study the easy way site is strictly at your own risk.
