We're sorry that you're having problems playing our videos or being asked repeatedly to log in. Nearly every time, these issues can be resolved with some simple steps that you can take:

1. Log out of the website
2. Delete the browser's cookies and cache (a Google search can tell you how to do this, if you're not sure)
3. Try logging in again and see if that's resolved the issue
4. If not, please log out again, and try logging in using:
        a) a different browser (again, clear the browser's cookies and cache, if necessary)
        b) a different device
5. If still no luck, try disabling your browser add-ons (extensions and plugins)
